The ignition fires up your actions & achievements and is cultivated through diverse experiences and victories, regardless of their scale. It encompasses every book you read, work & life you experienced, and your mistakes & triumphs. Everything will add to your story.

Self-esteem represents your self-worth. It is the mirror that reflects how you perceive your value and is profoundly shaped by the interactions and inputs of those around you. When your self-esteem is high, you feel deserving of respect, love, and success, which fuels your confidence. However, never fall into the trap of comparing yourself with others. Positive people radiate love, kindness, and optimism, uplifting our spirits and improving our mental health. On the other hand, negative influences breed negativity, which drains our energy and our morale. Therefore, choosing our friends and acquaintances wisely and seeking healthy relationships that stimulate our growth and happiness is essential. Moreover, we should strive to be positive influences and spread joy and positivity to those around us. Surrounding ourselves with positive influences is an act of self-care and sets the foundation for a fulfilling and meaningful life.

So, surround yourself with people who lift you, inspire you, and believe in your potential. It's a powerful way to boost your confidence.

6. Practice Gratitude
